Tony was very knowledgeable in helping us plan our bath remodel and assisted us on our project to not only design an updated bathroom but also to stay within our budget. His crew did a great job and we are pleased with the results. Because the work completed on the bathroom turned out so well, we decided to have interior doors replaced in our upstairs and have a new ceiling installed in our kitchen with new crown molding. The team helped us make some much needed updates to our older home. They are skilled in every aspect of home improvement and deliver a quality product with quality service.

Tony and his team were great. Before we got started, Tony made himself available quickly to give us an estimate, and turned it around within a day. Even in dealing with delays due to weather, he kept me informed on when his crew would be out to start the job. They were always on time and worked without any issue at the house. Tony talked to us frequently to check in and talk through a few additions to the original estimate that we wanted to make as the project went on. He even personally searched high and low for an appropriately sized piece of metal to help fulfill a wild, last minute request to convert an oddly framed section of our wall into a magnetic chalkboard.



One of the best things is that throughout the project, Tony was open and honest with us about what our options were, and what would work best given our budget -- including telling us when we were better off not having his crew complete part of the job and going with a different option, saving us a few hundred dollars. This honesty was extremely refreshing and appreciated.



Overall, we are very happy with our new office/playroom and will definitely call Quality Home Remodeling for any upcoming projects that we have!

Tony's crew re-painted our entire house. They were quick, reasonably priced, and did a great job. What I think says the most about Tony is this: At one point, we thought that one of his painter's had broken this really old glass on a door. It would have been very expensive to replace. My wife contacted Tony, Tony immediately accepted responsibility, promising to make everything right. As it turns out, the window was already broken when Tony's crew arrived. But we were very impressed with his integrity and willingness to do the right thing.

Tony built my deck in a day and a half, beat everyone else's prices, and did a GREAT job. I couldn't ask for a better contractor. My wife and I were so pleased with the job he did on the deck, we just had him build another bathroom for us. Just as before, he exceeded our expectations again. Quality Home Remodeling gets every job I have from here on out!!!

This is the second job Tony did at our home, and Tony is now the first one we consider when we need a professional. The fence he installed around our 1/4 acre was custom. His estimate was far better than the previous ones that we got before Tony was recommended. The materials were quality, and the attention to detail was pleasing. The fence made a huge difference in the appearance of our backyard, and most important, is more than secure enough to readily contain our 80 lb. dog who likes to jump on it.



Our second experience with Tony was the installation of several doors. The job was completed timely, you can immediately tell he takes pride in his finishing work.



Tony is very flexible in terms of changes you may want to make along the way. He made it a point to be very accommodating to our schedules and is very timely concerning communication.

We hired Quality Home Remodeling to finish our basement this spring. Working with Tony has been a great experience. He came out to review the project with us the same day I called him, and submitted a quote the next day. You can tell just by talking to Tony that he is passionate about his work and will do everything he can to make sure that you,the customer, are satisfied.

The quote was very competitive and straightforward. He worked with us to keep us within our budget. We signed the contract on a Thursday and Tony started work the following Monday.

Tony communicated with us throughout the project. He'd discuss progress with my wife each day, and follow up with an email on most evenings to ensure that everyone was on the same page. This was a welcome change from other contractors I've used in the past.

I appreciated Tony's flexibility as we made a few changes along the way. The phrase "whatever you guys want to do" was a common one from Tony.

All in all, the project finished on time, on budget, and exactly how we wanted it. The quality of the work was great. We couldn't be happier with Quality Home Remodeling and look forward to working with Tony on future projects.

I was recommended to Quality Home Remodeling LLC by 84 Lumber in York, PA based on their reputation. The owner, Tony Kubin, made himself available for my schedule and met me at my house to discuss the potential scope of work and provide me with an estimate for a deck project. He was extremely knowledgable about building decks, and professional from a business perspective. He offered a very fair price and was willing to work within my budget. (I had already lost money to a previous contractor who never started the work - Tony priced my deck within my remaining budget).



We signed the contract on a Friday and my deck was complete by the following Wednesday. I couldn't be happier with the way the deck looks, the quality of the build, and value for the price.
