        Hello, we are Alan and Gloria Ross, owners of Performance Flex Serve. We have been in the car washing business in Shreveport since 2001. As most are aware, every business needs to â??change with the times.â?? Ours is no different. In todayâ??s world, time is of the essence, and in order to meet the changing needs of our customers, we have recently undergone an extensive renovation to our wash. We have installed new state-of-the-art equipment that gives our Customers faster service with more options, all at affordable prices.

        The owner of this company is beyond rude. He is very demeaning to his customers. If you have good service you are ok - but if you wish to voice a displeasure be ready to be called names.

        DO NOT USE. These people will take your credit card information and keep charging you without your knowledge. The owner is rude and will hang up on you if you complain.

        i took my car in there to be w...

        i took my car in there to be washed and the man came in the office and said my bmw had a gas leak....bs i noticed that puddle was from the car before....i had a mechanic check it out and nothing was wrong,,,,you lost a customer off some bs that was not mine....what a way to run a business
