I hate to right a review like this, but I need to warn other families. You need to do the leg work yourself and confirm how much your insurance company is will to pay for services here. They run around $261 a visit ( cleaning and X-rays) They will not give you correct information on their providers or prices prior to services. Expect to pay cash if using Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana and only expect about half of that back. Unfortunate Experience, they take absolutely no responsibility and consider it a favor to you for even filing your insurance claim.
