JRC Plumbing

I couldn't even get an appointment. I called Monday and multiple other times and they kept saying that they'd call back with an appointment time. By Wednesday, after several calls on my part, I never got an appointment so I gave up and went elsewhere.

Stay away from these guys! They send low life meth heads to your home that will break your stuff...and then they charge you for it! I had a simple clogged drain and by the time JRC was done the drain stopper had been broken and my bathtub was scratched up....and they have yet to fix what they broke!

I called JRC, and they had a plumber named Brandon and his helper come to my home. He assessed had the problem, went to get the parts and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I have small children so being without hot water would have been a major issue but JRC fixed the problem. It has been over six months and everything is still working properly. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service. The plumber was a very tidy person and did not leave a mess behind. I am extremely pleased. Thank you!

PLEASE READ, CONSUMERS BEWARE... Jrc Service has "the worst" customer service you will ever experience, along with not completing their work, repairing your original plumping problem, or coming back to the original job-site as follow up. Especially, Brandon-Service Tech, who happens to be one of the most unprofessional, non-helpful, and rude individuals ever experienced in a customer service related business. We used Jrc Service for a plumping issue. Within a week the same problem occurred. After they collected their money, they would not return to the original job site to repair and would not honor their work. They blamed "us" the customer and said it was our fault. We had to call a 2nd Plumping Company, to fix the original problem and resolve our issue. Meanwhile my family and I were without water, showers, toilets, etc for 3 days. We had extensive water damage to our home, due to the original plumping problem not being fixed and water flooding into our home. If you want a Plumping service, which collects their money, doesn't honor their work, won't return to the job-site, and has the worst customer service, then Jrc Service is your type of company. We share this experience to hopefully save the next victim of Jrc Service. We as customers have rights, and a voice.
