This place is horrible, this Doctor messed up my childs teeth only for us to spend another 3 years in braces again somewhere else. What a terrible place, she only saw us as $$$ signs.

This place is horrible, they messed up my daughters teeth. I would never recommend anyone to this office or her entire practice. Do not go here, she rushes your treatment and treats you like a $ sign.

I took my child there for a consult we went over financial terms and cost came to a agreement. Set up appointment times to have my childs braces put on by the end of the year so we could get our insurance benefits. They did my childs records all was well. Then 2 days before his appointment to put his braces on i recieve a phone call stating that the doctor doesnt want to work with us and refuse to complie to the treatment that she set up for my child. Even though they took payments and submitted records to my insurance the doctor just decide she didnt want to work with us. Even though some of the errors where made by her employess my child was the one to suffer. One week before the end of our insurance benefits had to be completed. So there for i had to find another ortho that could comply in such short notice. I feel this office is very unprofessional and i felt like we were discrimminated against because of our finicial status.Please dont put your child through the disappointment that she put mine through.
