Sales associates standing around with hands in pockets, waited an hour in millworks for help, just a plain cluster while Manager named Jerry ignoring customer needs and indifferent to what's going on around store. I spent thousands in materials in Home Depot after that experience. A friend joked: employees stood around and gawked while he struggled with drywall sheets... while his girlfriend went in to buy a box of screws and was offered to have them carried out to her auto.
