I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and was referred by a friend to Byron Pugh of Pro Dent. Mr. Pugh was very professional and had worked with my insurance company before. I ended up with a new trunk lid, instead of a repaired or used one, new tail lights, new bumper, and a perfectly matched paint job. My insurance company paid for the entire job and I was very satisfied with the work. I have recommended this body shop to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

On Friday March 17th, I was informed my car was ready for pick up. I arrived at the business and there was much confusion between Karrie Pugh and her husband Byron Pugh. They openly argued in front of me about the work performed and how to write a receipt. Then I noticed my blinkers did not work. They attempted to fix them but could not so I left. When I came to pick up my car the next week, Karrie verbally assaulted me over the phone about picking up the car and told me I quote exactly, "I feel sorry for Patrick" as she was referring to my boyfriend. She also told me that Patrick and I "had serious problems". She said I called her husband a liar, and I told her I did not. I simply said I did not get a call or text from her or her husband saying my car was ready when I asked her to please text me, and I text her Friday and she never responded. Then after she hung up on me, I arrived at their business Wednesday, March 22nd to pick up my car. I told Byron Pugh that his wife was extremely unprofessional with me over the phone. He told me he did not want to hear it, and that since I told her I would post a negative review on Facebook about them that I should be very careful. I asked him what that meant, and he said, word for word "You don't know who you are messing with here. My father in law is in the insurance business and if you post a bad review you will be sorry and I will make a phone call about you" I said, "what does that mean, and why are you threatening me?" He said I should just "believe him". I told him I wished I would have never brought my car to him. Their body work and paint was excellent, but it was completely overshadowed by their lack of professionalism and absence of business ethics. No business should ever treat a customer that way.

Other than having to listen to the owner talk about the state of our country which became depressing, they are a family business and very friendly and value their name linked to quality. They got the job done a day sooner than planned and they drove me home and picked me up. Their price was less than two other body shops, but the work sure looks good to me and the color match looks perfect. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

The most unprofessional business I have ever been too. it really took almost an hour for someone to look at my car and give me an estimate? they only have ONE person that does that?! Secondly, I got another estimate from the body shop in front of them for 400$ cheaper!!! Obviously the owners of the business are husband and wife and the actually fight in front of you in the office, make rude and hateful comment to each other, and more! Made me very uncomfortable. Pretty bad when an employee even gives me a look *yeah, im miserable everyday* kind of look. Never will I think about going there again.
