The streaming no is very bad. They tell you you have to direct wire you tv to computer, I have wireless! Why would I do that. Other companies you don't do that. Then they said a lot of businesses in your area well there not opened late at night.. They can't help so they want to transfer the problem as being you. They also keep getting hacked. What is it with that ?

Service is ok. Not as many HD channels as other providers. Internet bogs down at peak times. Customer Service makes Comcast look like rock stars. They have no problem shutting off your service with a $60 fee if you are 15 days past due, and they will absolutely not make payment arrangements (even for the next day).
