Elite Fireplace Facings Inc

Ordered EUCH 6S Matt Black. Received gloss gray. Phoned and e-mailed per return policy to efireplace. Customer service requested photos to verify color. My thought was they don't have a clue on what was shipped and lack inventory control. This is a $150 USD item that I did not order. My 2nd request per their policy for a RAW # and return instructions has not been answered this was sent within 10 days of order. What are these folks smoking.
