A-1 Towing and Recovery

We have the estimate from Subaru -- We have called you twice to keep you in the loop on our next steps, but no acknowledgment (e.g. talking to us briefly, text response). You had stated that you would fix the hiccup that occurred, and we took your word for it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
July 23rd, we were going to Indy to celebrate my father's 92nd birthday from Nashville, TN. A few exits prior, our tire hooked on something good as it shredded just before the 50A-B exit to Seymour. We called Subaru Roadside Asst and they provided this fine company to tow our "Widdle" to a Subaru dealership. The tower could not take us with him b/c of company regulations (which was fine -- I respect that) and dropped us at the TA Travel Center @ Exit 50A-B so we could call family in Indy to pick us up. We met the tower at Falcone Subaru, and let's just say we had a small hiccup there. We have been assured by A-1 owner that he takes pride in his company and those that work with him -- and said that he would make things right for Falcone Subaru & our vehicle. We are now back in Nashville trying to get things finalized, but with backlog of parts -- it seems that it's going to take a minute for us to get "Widdle" to how we purchased him at the beginning of the month...we will continue to be in touch A-1 Towing and Recovery!
