        I heard good things about this shop so I used there service 2 times. But they got lazy and left 2 coil packs under the hood of my car. After they replaced them with new ones. The old ones just sat in the engine until 4 days ago when 1 got stuck and the second one was pushing down on the 1st one. Which made my car Race and I ran off the road because I couldn't stop my car. I could've killed someone or killed myself! I drove into Thomas crying saying something is wrong and my brake don't work very good Dilon told me he couldn't help me. He said maybe a censor but he didn't know and couldn't help me. He's neglected for his or there employees work. I told him that I needed brakes and new tires now. And that I wanted a refund for there lazy work or I will sue them. Well they haven't called back. Bad place to go for auto repairs. Thomas on Main street Sevierville,TN
