        Great people. Great staff. Reasonably priced. They are very thorough. Dr. Cross is amazing. I have been going here for a few months now, and have no complaints. And, they are open later than most vets.

        DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the Premier Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic on 7876 Broadview Rd. It is right up the street! Its significantly cheap and they actually care about your animals. This hospital is AWFUL, they treated my dog like she meant nothing and proceeded to demand more and more money from us.

        Good avian vet. Dr. Shaw is experienced with treating birds. Dr. Shaw also handles other pets. **There are few qualified avian vets in the northern Ohio area, even if a practice says they treat birds and parrots** Everyone needs to be aware of this fact. I like Dr. Shaw.

        Dr. Wolfe was very patient and thorough. He took the time to explain the best to worst case scenarios so not only could we decide on the care for our pet, but we were mentally prepared to make the decision, as well.
