I am so thankful for the helpful staff at Lumber Liquidators in Selma..they were so knowledge and patient with me while making the decision on flooring..I had 2 rooms, 3 closets and a hallway done and am so very pleased..I am replacing all carpet thru out the house..master bedroom and closet next and in a few months the living and dining area. .Lumber Liquidators will be doing it all because from selecting to installation was a pleasant experience.. Thank you to Victor for all his kind help at the store and to Ramon who did the installation..I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them...So proud of the beautiful floors.

I had Bella Wood hardwood laid, the installer did only a fair job and when there was damage within 2 weeks of laying the floor, has not called back. Lumber Liquidators did not stand behind the installation guarantee nor the bellawood guarantee. The floors warped, cracked, and they have not returned my or my husbands phone calls, no plan has been offered to repair or remedy the problems, and lumber liquidators customer service has not responded to numerous phone calls and complaints submitted on their web site. Floors were purchased and installed May 2015. It is October 2015 and NO response to the many flaws and problems. Next step...lawyer? call Ken's 5, Better Business Bureau, Texas Public Radio.
