Cordova Apartments

I am a resident at Cordova Apartments, we have a new manager who is always in the office, she also answers her call & she also returns her calls. now I am happy with our new manager!

my fiancée and I got rejected because we made too much money but that's not my complaint, my beef with them is that they went ahead and cashed our deposit anyways and told us that we'd have to wait til they had the money to pay us back. We didn't even get anywhere near moving in! Now their phones are busy whenever we call and they haven't sent us our deposit back. Nice.

I have been trying to reach them for about 4 days now, i left a message and have they have not returned my calls. I went on their " Grand Opening" day and they told me they couldn't help me becouse they are celebrating their Grand Opening, aren't you suppose help people on your grand opening? They told me to call a number they gave me between the hours 9am- 5pm. I have continued calling and all i get is their answer machine. I also went today around 9:30 am and nobody was at the office. Called them earlier around 11 am and again at 2 and one more time at 4. How do they want to get people to reside there with their horrible service?
