Professional Alterations

I recently lost some weight and my work suits no longer fit appropriately. I took them here and she altered them and made me look professional again. I have several more items I plan to take here. The price was better than another place I previously used and the turn around time was quick.

My son recently received his cap and gown but the gown was much too long, so my search began. After several calls and visits to different shops, I found this one. Mrs. Hong not only gave me the best price but had it back to me in a short time, where as everyone else was much more expensive and had long wait times. So glad to have this taken care of with so much going on.

So glad Mrs Hong has reopened. I've been a long time customer, over 20 years. She's always handled my families alterations and has helped me out in several binds. My husbands suits fit perfect and my both my daughter's dresses in high school and their wedding gowns always went to Mrs Hong. You won't be disappointed with her expertise.

Excellent service. Needed a few alterations on my daughter's dress for a dance, called Mrs. Hong in the afternoon, she saw me the next morning and had my alterations done promptly. Clean shop and great prices. Thank you!

Very professional and extremely good service, my clothes are cleaned with no side effects from bad chemicals like other dry cleaners..been customer for over 20 years..

Horrible service!!!!!!! I took an expensive blazer there, only worn once and and they not only broke of one of the chains on the pocket, but also tarnished the gold on and I was told there that they are not responsible and I was still charged for the dry cleaning (I think I should have been told upon dropping it off at that point, I would have taken responsiblity). I have been using this company for 7 yrs although not the best service, but I guess I should have learned my lesson long time ago, but due to the fact it was convenient, I continued to use them, but I will never use them again, I will go out of my way to another cleaners that will value their customers, especially long term customers.

when I droped my cloths off I asked and pulled out my button down shirts how much for the button downs I was told 1.99 ... Ok eventhough many others do those for .99 ,it was a convienence factor. When I pick up my cloths I notice a much larger bill than expected.... More than double? Wtf! So I asked why and they said because it had pockets, wow ,omg! Really why didnt u say anything when I droped shirts off and asked??? Its only after the fact. This is bad business and as I was walking out it seems the samething happened to others also.....i guess thats why they call themselves cleaners, they clean ya out .more than double, so needless to say I went to different cleaner and asked them the deal they couldnt believe it. Reguardless found an honest cleaner thats half of their origional quoted price. I had to click a star to show what I think I clicked 1,there lucky they deserve zero or less.
