Phil Kelley Investigations

I spoke to Phil during my divorce, it was a domestic violence case and he assured over the phone that whether I choose to hire him or not it would be confidential. Today I'm receiving messages from my ex stating "Phil Kelley told me you tried to hire him to follow me". I thought the nightmare was over 18 months ago but thanks to Phil's lack of confidentiality, it starts all over again.
