The Strength Studio

I met the owner Laurel and found her to be very pleasant, competent and professional. I got the feeling from her that she really cares about providing the best experience to the clientele. I worked out with Grace aa my personal trainer for about a year. Grace has so much knowledge about the human body and how to get the most effective workout possible from your time there. She's also trained as a Yoga instructor and nutritionist as well as a personal trainer at the masters level. The studio is immaculate, beautifully decorated and usable, the equipment is in tiptop condition, always clean and the vibe is supportive and easy-going. I've also worked out at other places locally, I much prefer the Strength Studio over every place I've used in the past. I'd give Grace a 15 on a 10 scale. She goes the extra mile to provide the very best service possible.
