House Cleaning Maintenance – our “Standard Clean” – is used to maintain the cleanliness of your home. It is our most common cleaning service for residential clients on a consistent cleaning schedule. It includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, living room & dining rooms, dusting & floor cleaning. Call or email to receive an itemized list of what our Standard Clean program includes.
Deep Cleaning
Spotless – this is typically only applicable to vacation rentals or 2nd homes (minimal use). Very tidy; No pets or kids; Nothing that needs deep cleaning or scrubbing.

Why spend your time cleaning when you can hire us to do the dirty work! House Cleaning Gift Cards are great for new and expecting moms, baby showers, wedding showers, holiday gifts, birthday presents, friends and family, after-surgery presents, New Years resolution gifts! Once you purchase a Gift Card, we will email you a few questions on what you want your Gift Card to say (who do you want your Gift Card to go to? What email address do you want it sent to?). Once we get this info from you, we will email your House Cleaning Gift Card within 48hrs (excluding weekends/holidays). We service ALL of Seattle – and some of the surrounding areas. ONCE ISSUED AND CREATED, GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Move In/Move Out Cleaning
If you have signed up for the Move-out/Move-in cleaning service (and you would like the interior of your freezer cleaned), please be sure that your freezer has been in de-frost mode for at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Also, if you have signed up for the Move-out/Move-in cleaning service (and you would like the interior of your oven cleaned), please note that there is currently not a natural oven cleaning product on the market. You will need to turn on the self-clean feature at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. If your oven is self cleaning, we can utilize this feature for you, however, and wipe the interior out. Please let us know if you would like for us to wipe out your oven.

Office Cleaning
If you have an office or commercial location, our “Office Cleaning Service” is probably what you are looking for (we may also suggest an initial Deep Clean). Our Office Cleaning Service is suited for building owners/renters and property managers. Our standard service includes bathrooms, kitchen(s), floors, windows, trash & recycling. We service: health care facilities, retail establishments, corporate offices, and schools. Call or email for details and/or to set up a walk-through and proposal quote.
Construction Clean-Up
We do not clean anything exterior, nor do we go above a one-step step-stool (no cleaning anything over 7ft). We do not offer bio-hazard/death/toxic clean clean up services (we do not clean human/pet waste) nor do we offer post-construction/remodel new construction clean up services while your contractors are still working in the home (IE make sure they are done before you schedule our final cleaning). These services require specific training and operate under specific regulations. If you are not sure if the service you are looking for falls into the services we provide, give us a call.

Monthly Cleaning
