        Island Beach State Park offers opportunities for a range of entertainment and recreational activities. The park s sandy beaches spread across an area of more than 10 miles. It also provides opportunities for boating, hiking and fishing. In addition, the park offers opportunities for biking, swimming and kayaking. Island Beach State Park is maintained by Friends of Island Beach State Park, which is a nonprofit organization.

        Overall

        Beautiful! Take the loop hike & explore. Though have to say that the overnight fishing experience looked interesting & remains on my bucket list. Go make some unforgettable memories.

        Took some great slide photos of the beach, flora, & dunes for a 1971 BCC Basic Drawing Class. Also came across a 1940's oxidized reeally old car (50's?) riddled gangster style with holes that looked decidedly out of place. Is it still there? Though been away from the old Home20 far too long, am quite sure this remains a favorite place to visit. *;-)

        p.s.: Why does it say in 'YP' listing,
        '15 Years In Business'...?
        Last time there - 1993.
