        We have a large home and wanted a high quality job and Floor USA and their team far exceeded all and any expectations. Both my husband and myself are very selective and quality conscious and we could not be happier!!!! From beginning to end this was an exceptionally positive experience. We want to let everyone know that the end product which looks absolutely custom on all levels is directly correlated with the "in house" team that worked on the floor. The expert leadership and craftsmanship of Kirk and his team Kyle and Nick were beyond anything I could have ever expected. Their attention to detail , their consideration regarding every detail and decision , their positive daily attitude, their respect and enthusiasm to provide a high quality end product and satisfy their customer truly exceeded our expectations and made the process as efficient as humanly possible. Again, I would highly recommend this team, even it means you need adjust your schedule to ensure you have them!! Our home has alot of rounded edges curving the kitchen island, the marble foyer and the precision work that Kirk provided was amazing. Kyle did a beautiful job on all the trim and trellis' between rooms and Kirk knew exactly how to finish the floor flush under the fireplaces, so it looks like it has been there forever. Lastly but not least , these are 3 wonderful hard working men that were an absolute pleasure to have in my home for 12 days. In fact, I miss seeing them!! But I think of them often as I receive one compliment after another when people enter my home . Thank you guys!!! Betsy
