Tires By Design

They are very untrustworthy. they over torqued my lug nuts then when one broke and my hub had to be replaced I spent two weeks trying to get them to fix it and all the owner and his guy Tim did was lie and try to pass the blame on to me, heat, that I was a new customer, and more. They even told me lies that supposedly came from the Christian Brothers nextdoor. I'm a mechanic of more than 20 years and I have several years of welding and machine shop experience. I informed the owner of this and the lies kept coming.

We normally go to the Seabrook location, but due to a flat tire from road debris, I went to the Space Center location. I was at a gas station close by and needed some help getting the tire off and didn't have the proper tools. They sent an employee to the gas station to help me and didn't charge me a dime. He took out the spare tire, replaced it and did it all with a smile! If the Seabrook location didn't sell me on this company, the extra step the Space Center location took today in providing awesome customer service did! We ended up buying all new tires for our truck from them today! I will never go to Discount Tire again!
