Sears Home Appliance Showroom

Went into Sears on Weekend. GUARANTEED to call for MONDAY Delivery between 8-10am Never heard from them. Called after 10am and was told NO WAY could they do and had no idea when could even deliver......TERRIBLE service and when called they said they NEVER said that and we had three people to prove they DID say they would call that Monday and give us time on MONDAY it would be delivered and they said they never said that and would call would could deliver. So today we went to Lowe's and got the same delivered next day and had great service. Customer was also a LOYAL EMPLOYEE for many years and was treated this way, think of how they would treat someone that doesn't work or never did work for Sears!! Employees to get 20% and was happy with ONLY the 10% allowed but never again will shop at Sears for ANYTHING!!!
