Jim's Termite & Pest Control

We called Jim in bc of bed bugs brought in by our granddaughter. We are disabled people who only get a small amount to live on. We were told that the chemical they use would definitely work. If they were to have to come back, we would have to pay $100. Well it was a waste of money bc it didn't work and we had to go to a business and buy a chemical. It's been steamed 2 times before and now sprayed 2 times since. We feel that our money should be refunded. The entire amount so we can replace the bedding as we talked to Jim about in the beginning.
