Coho Transportation Service

I work at a medical facility and had a wife schedule transportation for her husband (patient) and herself on a Saturday to go to a wedding. They were scheduled to get picked up at 12:15. They where both dressed to the nines and sitting here waiting and waiting to get picked up. The van never showed and no one called. Not till the end of the day did someone call them and let them know that COHO double booked their trip. They could have called other means of transportation and gotten to the wedding they were all ready to go to had someone called when they realized they double booked but instead no one called till it was too late and they missed the wedding while sitting around all dressed up. Very disappointing.

The service is exceptional, the fleet has grown and drivers are friendly, curious and go above and beyond what is expected of them. We pride ourselves in caring for others and have been recommended to other facilities from much larger medical facilities. Our reputation is maculate.. please do not allow one critics review stir you in the wrong direction,

Very poor sevice. Transport buses in need of repair. It would be eaiser tand safer to get to where i am going in just my wheelchair.
