I first read about America's Auto Body on a neighborhood Facebook group post. The poster had raving reviews so I figured I would have them take a look at a minor scratch that was getting ready to rust and bumper scuffs. I was very impressed with the facility, very clean and bright. I had an appointment for an estimate, Jerry took a look at my car and said he will have his paint guy take care of me right on the spot. I was there for about an hour while he buffed, painted and got me back on the road. While I waited in the lobby, I overheard only positive customer interactions with people coming in and out. Jokingly I said I hope to never have to come back, but they will be my first call. I can see why they come highly rated.

I needed to drive to Wisconsin and right before I started my trip I pulled too far into a spot and got my bumper caught, when I backed out the bumper got stuck and pulled off and was hanging. My morning was ruined so far. So I drove to the motorworks in Barrington and the guy there was nice but couldn't get it back on. He sent me to this location America's auto body. When I arrived I said my story to the staff and then waited for maybe 15 minutes. Out comes Art. Super friendly and funny right off the bat and comes out and takes a look at my car. I didn't expect such fast service because it seemed busy. He looked at the car all while making me feel better about my day with jokes and explaining what happened to my car. I told him I need to drive to Wisconsin that same day so he quickly thought of a way to safely secure the front of my car. Within minutes the car was lifted and the staff was professionally securing the (multiple) issues I had been ignoring. The job was done quickly and well. Art sent me on my way with a smile and just like that my day was fixed. Great service and great people. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extremely impressed on my first visit. Wanted to get estimate on touching up some scratches on my Audi, paint and wheel rim. Brett gave me very considered opinions on both, advising me to wait on the minor wheel rim damage, as these are so easy to scratch and the damage was very minor. They were able to polish out the door scratches and the result is amazing. Looks like I never met the guardrail! Everyone I contacted here was professional and friendly. America's is also the cleanest body shop I have ever seen. I'm thrilled that I found a great place to bring my Audi, as I wouldn't take it just anywhere.

A friend recommended America's Auto Body and the owner Jerry. I had some minor damage and called. Much to my delight, Jerry offered me an appointment the same day. The facility is amazing - spotlessly clean with obviously happy, engaged employees. They encourage you to go into the shop and walk around to see the kind of work they are doing. I've NEVER had a body shop offer access like that. Even more amazing was when Jerry had me drive my car into the shop and immediately put an employee on my job which he finished in less than 45 minutes! No scheduling for a later time, no rental car, no nonsense just an instant repair. I can't say enough about ABS and have already referred several friends to them. I'm a customer for life and you should be too.

I have had my vehicle serviced twice by Jerry and the team at America’s Auto Body, and if I ever am in need of body work again, I will definitely come back to them. I would absolutely recommend them for any body work needs.

So I have had two satisfying experiences going to America’s Auto Body. The most recent time was a much smaller service just to replace a side mirror on my vehicle, and they did the labor on it for what I believe to be was an extremely generous price. The new mirror looks and functions like new. I was not surprised at the quality of work itself because I have experienced the quality of their work in the past, which was great, but I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Thank you again!

My previous experience from a few years ago was a much larger service to repair/replace damaged doors and side panels. While I was not ecstatic with the situation itself and the resulting costs to get it fixed, I felt like the price from America’s Auto Body was reasonable for the amount of work. I think the real point of focus with my experiences from them though is with the quality of the work. They were able to repair/replace my doors and side panels and match up the paint perfectly. In the end, you couldn’t even tell my vehicle had ever been in an accident in the first place. Amazing. If you value a high level of service or the quality of the work done, pony up and get it done right.

Also, my first impression is the cleanliness and organization inside the shop. The other vehicles and car parts being worked on or painted are very organized throughout the shop. There is so much lighting. You could eat food off the floor. Ha! Thanks again, and I would definitely recommend America’s Auto Body.

Quality service you can depend on!. Having your car damaged is stressful enough without adding the search for a reputable auto body shop on top of that. Jerry (owner), takes pride in making these anxious moments, run as smooth as possible.
From initial contact, he submits your insurance claim, orders original parts, contacts you when the parts arrive and arranges a drop off date for car repairs. You are given a completion date and rental cars are provided on site as well through Hertz.
We have used America's Auto Body on 3 occasions although this is NOT our goal - things happen though, don't they? Our cars have always been returned in excellent shape and we are treated courteously and in a professional manner.

i got hit and run by someone on parking lot.Americas Auto body fixed my fender and bumper without painting! Owner Jerry is great person, is very professional ans super helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family!

These guys are awesome.. I just decided to come in to fix my bumper by the passenger side and Jerry inspected it and drove it to the repair shop..... within 20mins they got it all done and perfect for me with NO CHARGE! Jerry is a nice man and generous. Thank you Jerry, thanks guys.

I went to America’s Auto Body the first time in 1988 and I’ve had occasion to take a car there a couple of more times since then. All I can say is that my experience there has always been a positive one. They do honest quality work at a fair price. Jerry always looks out for the interests of the car owner not the insurance company. They encourage customers to visit their spotless work area and see first-hand the care they take with your car. They don’t try to push unneeded repairs on you and they look for ways to save you money but never at the expense of quality work. The staff, especially Megan, has always been pleasant, efficient and helpful. I hope I never have to take a car to a body shop again, but if I do, it will be to America’s Auto Body. I have encouraged my kids and neighbors to do the same.

I was impressed with the good vibes.I got to hang out in the garage with Evan my mechanic, while he fixed my hood latch,something not done at Firestone, or Pepboys.I dealt with Jerry the mamager,my mechanic, Earl & another mechanic there, And found them all to be good guys! Painless & Pleasant!

My car was involved in two accidents within 6 months. America's Auto Body worked with my insurance the first time and a different insurance provider after the second accident which was caused by another motorist. Both repairs were fully covered by insurance, despite the initial estimate. My car looked brand new after each repair and Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He really impressed me with his professionalism and customer care, walking me to out my car parked in front of the store each time. Any time I called to check on the progress of the vehicle, I was taken care of instantly or received a return call within a reasonable period of time. I would highly recommend America's Auto Body to any of my family and friends involved in a car accident. They help to make an unfortunate event as hassle free as possible!

As a woman, I felt taken advantaged of. The employees as well as the manager are very rude and not helpful. This place does not take care of it's potential customers. They are very stuck up and believe they are the best in the business and no one can out beat them. They strongly dislike knowing that customers will shop around for the best price.
