        This business has always been excellent from the moment we first started using it. Renee, and all employees we have had contact with have been professional, helpful and really care. This review is specifically for Ricky W. though... our unit stopped working yesterday when the temperature was still in the high 90's. He arrived promptly and took care of the problem. He was incredibly professional, conscientious, and 100% skilled at his profession. He also gave us some great tips to conserve energy and extend the life of our A/C unit. We will always request Ricky as our technician now, and highly recommend this business!

        They did not show up or call when they said they would be there. After 2 weeks this company could not fix the problem. Also have the worst receptionist that I have ever dealt with. She is rude and racist. The next company I went with had the problem fixed in a day and a half. If I was able to give less stars I would. p.s. The other air company said they had a saying "beware of comfort air".

        We were using another HVAC com...

        We were using another HVAC company, which said we needed to replace our system, but we wanted another opinion. We found that the old company had used the wrong part on our airconditioner, causing it to malfunction.

        Comfort Air replaced the faulty part, tuned us up, and now the system happily humms along. We trust that they know what they're doing.
