If you have a complaint about the tiling job that Vincenzo Giovinco does, don't expect a response from the company. I have tried for four years to get Mr. Giovinco to come and fix what turned out to be an inferior floor tile job, only to be ignored



Mr. Giovinco is obviously not interested in dealing with complaints.



I believe everyone is entitled to a mistake but the mark of a professional is when you go back and fix any mistakes you make.

i had my kitchen and bathroom tiled by this company vincenzo does superior work and he cleaned after so i didnt even know he was there GREAT GREAT WORK love the tile work thank you many many complements
