Five Star Landscaping

Have been loyal customer for 5 years and apparently there was a change of ownership late this summer and no has come to cut my lawn for 2 months. I didn't know this and kept waiting for them to show up. Finally I called and they promised to come but never showed up. Now no one is returning my calls. I've called again and again and emailed to find out what the story is. But still no contact back to me. Not sure now if they are still in the lawn cutting business. Perhaps they will see this and let the public know. (hard to give even a 1 star rating)

Ordered 16 7' shrubs thru FSL Sep 9, 2013. Delvd and installed Sep 23, 2913. $2850. 6 month guarantee. Mar 13, 2014 emailed FSL - trees looking brown. FSL said will take a look. Mar 18, 2014 e-mail to FSL - see trees yet? Mar 19, 2014 from FSL - Northeast Nursery says like to hold off to see if trees green up. Nursery put note in file - no issue with shrubs - thinks road construction killed the trees. FSL say Sept 10,2014 looked at shrubs and said all may need to be replaced. no matter what the case, replacement will be covered with no cost to me. Nursery offered to replace 3 shrubs. April 22, 2015 - e-mail to FSL - Usually ans e-mails quickly. Prime time for shrubs. Should I be concerned? FSL e-mail back - No, I'm going to order them. No answer to additional e-mail or phone message since Apr 22, 2015. I have 4 green shrubs out of 16 bought and paid for. FSL always said his highest priority was customer satisfaction. I believed him.
