I had a very positive experience with Elite Financial. They were able to assist me in settling my credit card debt. They were very professional and provided good communication during the process and were able to provide good advice and information in a timely manner. The results were approximately a $19,000 savings. My financial representative Brandon was very responsive to phone inquiries and kept me informed on the progress of the process. I was apprehensive when I went into the program, but was completely satisfied with the services provided.

I would like to recommend Elite Financial Services for debt reduction. With the help of Elite we were able to pay off the ten plus creditors over 24 months with a savings of $10,000 plus. Once you are enrolled you are connected with a representative who will work for you. You will not have to talk with your creditors - your rep does that. They are working for you. They spell out the whole program and then do the work. They keep you posted on the activity - by phone - personalized! My wife and I would definitely recommend Elite if you need a debt reduction program.

Saw this company on my local news channel; they did a segment on the Debt Management industry. They showed how they did a 6 month investigation on the industry when the laws were changed in 2010, so companies cannot charge upfront fee's to clients. They had Elite Financial Services in Saugus, MA rated #1 in customer satisfaction. They stressed that the Elite Financial was not affiliated with any other Elite financial Services; I looked up and saw there were over 10 nation wide. They are Elite Financial of Massachusetts.



I had been considering looking into some form of consolidation, but I soon found out that all consolidation loans are hard to get and have super high interest rates. I figured that if my news channel was ranking them #1 in the industry, they must be good at what they do. I called them and spoke to a man named Brett, he was very friendly, but liked to talk, lol. I like to keep things a short as possible. He was super nice to me though, so I let him tell me about his 6 years at the company.



Anyways, I had a little over 35,000 in credit cards and medical bills at the time, and it was effecting me trying to buy a home. I signed up for an 18 month program; they managed to settle all of my accounts for 60% off, and 80% on 2 of them. I managed to complete their program in a little over 11 months. I love the fact that I didn’t have to use a separate company to make sure everything on my credit was reported as paid off. This company was one of the only companies that do that for you, the rest of them told me they could refer me to another company to clear up my credit when I was done settling all of my accounts.



Low and behold, I managed to finally get a mortgage once I completed their program; I guess my debt to income was good or something like that. I think if you are paying massive credit card payments every month, it is absolutely insane; I will never let myself be come a slave to the credit card companies again. I don’t often give companies the max rating, however I want to start by explaining that this company not only did an outstanding job for me, but also for my daughter and son-in-law that referred me to them. In late 2010 I found myself recently divorced and laid off from the company I worked for over the last 20 years of my life. I did not feel ashamed of my situation because she made me realize that I wasn’t alone and plenty of people fall on hard times. I am writing this review because Elite financial asked me to also review them on the Better Business Berea, were they have an A rating. I think it is far too often people want to bad mouth companies, but never make an effort to compliment them when they do a good job. I once again thank everyone at Elite Financial for helping me get threw a bad time in my life. 100% recommend this company.

I am writing this based on the comment I see below, I signed up with this company over 10 months ago and think they have been doing an amazing job for me, they have managed to settle 2 of my accounts at less than 30% of what I owed. The comment says why are all the coments positive, well if you review their Better Buisness Bureau page, they have an A rating and have over 100 POSITIVE testimonials and ZERO negative. I know for a fact that the BBB verifies all comments on a company, because I went on and gave this company a positive feedback testimonial. This company was also on the news for being rated #1 in customer satisfaction in the debt managment industry, I dont think you can fake that. You sound like one of those bill collectors that were telling me not to sign up with a debt settlement company. This company takes zero fee's from their clients until they settle your debts. I 100% reccomend them and am glad I ddint listen to the bill collectors telling me to just deal with them.

After years of struggling to pay our credit card debt and loans, me and my husband were forced to have to decide between our unsecured debt and foreclosing on our home. I had a wonderful experience with Elite, during a pretty difficult time. Elite helped me settle my debt in about 7 or 8 months and now I feel free. My rep was Chris and he was truly amazing. He called me frequently to touch base and keep me updated on the progress with the companies he was working with. I also think he was a miracle worker with the settlement agreements he was able to arrange with our credit card companies. I am sure he worked hard to get me the best possible settlements. I called in July with 2 cards, and now I'm done, thanks to Chris. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend their company.
