My 17 year old Whirlpool Machine would not go thru the spin cycle, I called and was actually told how to solve this issue! I know it sounds too good to be true, but its true! I spoke with Dave, the owner, he actually picked up the phone it was 7:15 p.m.! And he so kindly explained to me how to bypass the sensor , he is very friendly and experienced in the appliance world and I can tell you he gave me more information on how to fix this issue, then anyone has given me in a very long time..so its not all about the money!! that is just rare today! I will send everyone to Sunshine Appliance , he put the "Sunshine " back into my week, after that washer broke I thought I would have to spend 700.00 to buy a new one, not the case.. Thanks so much!!

I needed service on my washer and the owner came out personally on a weekend. AND he gave me a great price. I fully expected to pay a lot more than he charged. I would definetly recommend to others.
