Kitchen Remodeling
This project consisted of an interior build-out for a jewelry store. Included high end fixtures, specialty lighting/lamping for jewelry displays, quality finishes and custom cabinetry. Architectural design completed by the Lawson Group in collaboration with the Owner as the interior designer.
Flooring
The project consisted of a 3,400 square feet interior build-out for their specialty wash / dry facility at their Tampa Headquarters. The interior surfaces were all design to be “wet proof”, inclusive of vinyl coated ceiling panels, all aluminum ceiling grid, weatherproof light fixtures, fiberglass wall paneling, concrete wall curbs, epoxy flooring, and perimeter trench drains in the wash area. The electrical loads for the new wash and dry equipment required a new electrical service from the TECO transformer.
Door Installation/Replacement
St floor Art Studio, and new 2-car garage. Exterior siding materials were selected to match the existing 1924 house along with hurricane impact rated windows and doors meeting current code requirements.
Framing
This project consisted of a total renovation of the existing poolhouse located along the beachfront. The interiors were completely demolished and replaced with modern restrooms, showers, and fixtures. The exterior walls were reconstructed and restored including new treated wood framing and concrete block framing, cementitious siding and trim, stucco, aluminum hurricane rated louvers, and fiberglass doors. The project was designed by Sweet Sparkman Architects.
Tile Installation
Fireplaces
This project consisted of a 3,500 square foot new ground-up community building for the Country Club East development. The new building included amenities such as a large swimming pool and volleyball court along with a Great Room with a fireplace, outdoor covered Lanai area, indoor and outdoor kitchens, pool restrooms, and administration offices.
Skylight Repair/Replacement
This project consisted of 5,800 square feet of interior build-out which included a multitude of display rooms for interior and exterior home features, along with various offices and conference rooms for the design staff and administration. In close collaboration with the Neal Communities’ team, Charles & Chase delivered the project envelope build-out including all the interior walls, ceilings, doors, architectural woodwork, paint finishes, skylights, mechanical systems, and electrical components for the Neal Communities’ Team and their vendors to install product display cases, display fixtures, cabinetry, and an assembly of floor finishes.

New Construction
Demolition
This project consisted of a 3,100 square foot interior renovation of the main office, reception, and lobby area. The project included a total interior demolition of the space. The new design layout included revisions to office spaces, retail area, and customer service areas. A new glass entry was installed to better serve the customers from the pool side. The interior designer perfected the selection of quality products and finishes, custom cabinetry, and custom wood plank screen walls...screen walls being first of its kind. The project was designed by Fawley Bryant Architects.

Landscaping and Fencing

Walkways
This project consisted of a new ground-up 23,000 square foot retail building. The design features included covered walkways and arcades, raised cupola and towers, stone veneer, standing seam metal roofing, fabric awnings, and glass storefronts. The building was designed by Fawley Bryant Architects.

Window Installation/Replacement
This project consisted of a 3,500 square foot interior build-out which included various private offices, meeting rooms, conference room, and break-room for the staff and administration. The design of the suite is enhanced with custom stained maple wood cabinetry, ornamental trim, custom window and door frames, along with granite countertops. The personal banking suite was designed by the team at WBRC Architects-Engineers.
Siding
Residential Roof Repair
This project consisted of a new ground-up 6,000 square foot bank branch building. The design included a variety of cast stone shapes, stucco veneer, and barrel tile roofing. The interiors included etched glass, stained hardwood panels, and stainless steel trim. The open “welcoming” design gives customers the relaxing lounge feel for a different, more comfortable, banking experience.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation

Masonry
This project consisted of a 20,000 square foot new ground-up building for their office headquarters. The Owner preferred a Design-Build method of contracting. We partnered with Edge Architecture for complete Architectural and Engineering Services. The structure is innovative and non-conventional. In lieu of masonry block walls, the exterior wall had been designed to withstand 270mph winds through the details of a pre-engineered, pre-fabricated, and pre-insulated unitized exterior wall system. The unitized exterior wall panels were erected and then filled solid with concrete. This system reduced substantial amount of costs and time.
