Never did get the opportunity to personally meet Wade (I assume the owner). Made an appointment 2 weeks out, which was the soonest he was able to make it. The day before the scheduled appointment, I texted Wade to verify that he would be coming the next day. He texted back later in the day, requesting that our appointment be rescheduled for the next week. Understanding that small business owners are busy people, I agreed. The next week I received a text from Wade asking if we could move our appointment up a day and gave me a window between 1-3 pm. I told him that would work, if we could make it 2:30 or later, as I had a previous appointment. He responded that he wouldn't do that, as he wouldn't want to wait around if he finished his previous appointment earlier than 2:30. I responded that he apparently had plenty of work to keep him busy, so I would look elsewhere for an estimate. He responded very rudely that I wasn't being understanding......um.....no thanks!
