        Overall

        I have notified visa of you tying to charge a minimum payment of 40 dollars to credit and debit cards and you will be hearing from them. And incase you were ignorant a minimum visa credit charge is 10 dollars and you can't have a minimum debit charge. And your bartenders are extremely rude and should learn visas credit and debit rules before trying to enforce imaginary one's.
