Zerorez of the North Bay

I had Zeroez of The North Bay clean my carpets and was told they would dry very fast and would stay cleaner longer. Not only did they not dry fast as promised, they were very wet for several days, and they became dirty again in a very short period of time. The worst part was that I have called and called to get some satisfaction from the company, and I have been totally ignored. When I finally did get to speak with the owner at this location, he first bullied me, then promised to refund part of my payment back to me, which he never did. Their ad specifically states that if an error occurs, they will take care of it or your money back. I received neither. It is really a shame that this company made no effort what so ever to work with me and come to a fair compromise, not even the corporate office, which I turned to for help. Terrible customer service!!
