Walker Building Maintenance is an environmentallly responsible company. Our water never goes down the storm drain. We work with any surface including but not limited to: parking garages, flat surfaces, building exteriors. We remove mold and mildew with steam and pressure.

Constant oversight and inspections allow us to insure that everything is always looking its best. Diligent day porting followed up by regular walk throughs insure that debris is not an issue. With most of our sweeping contracts debris removal is offered at no charge. Service is prompt. A call to the office by noon will result in having the unwanted items removed that day. After 12:00 PM all items are removed by 7:00 AM the next morning. From a battery to a Buick, if it does not belong, it is removed
