Hahn Automotive

I went to Hahn Auto Electric to have a battery short problem solved..spoke to Mike at the service counter and he asked Billy if he could check out my service truck. Billy went to work with electrical troubleshooting skill and in less then 30 minutes he had problem figured out. Didn't even care that it was closing time for his business. When asked about fee for services....reply was No charge...glad he could help. Thanks Billy for all your time and help late on a Friday:)

I took my 2003 VW New Beetle in to have the shocks, brakes and tires checked, afraid that they'd suggest all three needed to be replaced. After he'd done a thorough inspection, Billy, the owner, said if I'd come into the bay with him he'd explain his findings to me. He took his time pointing out the front and back shocks and front and back tires and patiently asked questions like how many miles I drove a year and how often I'd had the tires rotated, and offered suggestions on how to gently use the brakes and down-shift on long, steep grades like Fountaingrove Parkway. His opinion was that nothing needed to be repaired or replaced for at least another year! What a relief! I wasn't charged for the inspection and, as if that wasn't enough, when I walked back into the waiting room I saw him bending over my car adding windshield washer fluid! Billy and Hahn Automotive rock!

Hahn automotive is the best. I've brought my car to them more than once, and each time they get me in and back on the road within a day. Their prices are beyond reasonable and their attention to detail is unmatched. I've told locals that my car is at Hahn Automotive for repair, and they've all said - "That shop has been the best in town for the past 30+ years!" Billy the owner is super knowledgeable and has practically diagnosed my problems over the phone. I won't take my car anywhere else. I want to thank Hahn Automotive for taking care on me and my car, these guys are phenomenal.

I have been doing business with Hahn Auto for over 20 years. They are without a doubt the best, most honest and friendly repair shop I've ever been to. They service my two Lexus sedans, my Dodge truck and my offshore fishing boat. Bill the owner always saves me money compared to other shops and especially dealerships. I have recommended literally scores of clients and friends to Hahn and all have have nothing but praises for the service, quality of work and friendliness. They lterally bend over backwards to make you happy and they stand behind their product 100%. That is a win-win situation for all.

I had brought my car to Hahn without an appointment, I figured they could not get me in, I was wrong. The people were very friendly and helpful. They had asked if I could leave the car for the afternoon. By 2:00 p.m. my car was repaired, I have not had any problems since. I now bring my vehicle in for oil changes, or whatever service may be required. I continue to refer my friends, my family. Hahn has earned my business and hard earned dollars.

I have a 2002 Saturn, I have been to several repair shops, including the dealership. Spent hundreds of dollars, trying to find the same problem. A friend had mentioned Hahn Automotive, I figured why not.



They were very pleasant and easy to deal with, within a few hours they had provided with more information and what they suspect is the problem. They sent me home with car, without me paying a dime! They told to drive and come back a few days later, of course my car acted up.



They gave me a ride to work on monday, the car died on them. They found the problem! They repaired the car, sent me home. No problems since.



I will glady return, and refer my friends if anyone was to ask.
