Chez Jeanne Dog and Cat Grooming

We have a toy poodle that we have had groomed at Chez Jeanne Pet Grooming since he was a puppy. This has been 5 years now. We take him every month. His name is Coco. We have an appointment scheduled after every visit, for our next visit.

We have some points to express regarding Chez Jeanne Grooming, for people reading these Yelp reviews:

1. The people that work there are always kind. Our dog licks them and is happy to go get groomed.

2. Coco comes home relaxed and happy.

3. He looks great and smells great.

4. When we want to try a "new do" for him the staff happily obliges.

5. The owner gives personal attention to us, and her expertise is evident.

6. When we have something done on our house like our kitchen remodeled last summer, we can take Coco there and he stays for the day so he is not upset by strangers in our house. He can be cared for all day instead of being kept in a bedroom.

7. One time, our gardner left our yard gate open. Someone happened to find our poodle, and showed a photo to the staff at Chez Jeanne, and they called us to tell us where our dog was. Now THAT is caring service!

8. When we started Coco as a puppy, they gave us free visits so he could play and get to know them and get used to grooming. He is happy to go now.

9. Our friends have a labrador that only gets a bath every other month, but Chez Jeanne Grooming lets them come in for free nail trim in between. They do free nail trim and day care for their regular clients. The dogs are happy to go there.



We have always had good experience with Chez Jeanne Pet Grooming. They are always friendly and take good, really good care of dogs and cats.

We have a lovely 10 year old Golden Retriever, who needed a haircut.

The vet recommended this groomer. She had a bath and a "teddybear" haircut and she looks like a puppy again and smells so good!!

They were very careful with our dog, Glory, as she has a sore back, and made her feel not itchy any more. We all really appreciate how well they treated her and us.

We are thankful to our vet and to Chez Jeanne for all of their help.

Glory is enjoying her haircut, she acts like a puppy now too. I wish we would have gotten the haircut sooner!! We will take her there for baths now and keep her teddy bear puppy look.

Hi, my family has 3 poodles. We go to Chez Jeanne for 4 years now. Our poodles like it and look nice and are clean. My two friends I recommended too. It is a good groomer that likes dogs.

Just ask my dog! Try them and you'll love it...and your dog will thank you for how well they treat her or him. My vet recommended them, too.

I have a big dog and a little dog and both the showers and hair cuts are really good. I recommend them to any one with a dog. Even my friend takes his cat for shaving. Be a good parent and take your dog or cat to this great place!

I do not recommend Chez Jeanne because they, on multiple accounts gave my dog a haircut that was less than good. One time they kept him the whole day, gave him a bath, and charged me for the works. He was covered in mats that I had specifically asked them to remove! I brought him back for them to fix it and instead of brushing them they shaved his underside. I tried their service again and after 5 months of growing out his hair they shaved him bald. My dog is supposed to have long hair and I had been brushing it multiple times a day to avoid matting. I requested an eye and ear hair trim and they shaved him down to the skin to the point where he had "rug burn" on his skin and bleeding from the close cut. The cuts took 3 weeks to heal. I paid $45 for this full service hair cut which I did not request. My dog looked so bad it looks like there is a horrible hair piece on his head and his body is shaved so he looks small and pathetic. I received bad service over the phone when inquiring into the reasoning behind the hair cut. Three weeks later they told me he was covered in mats. That is how long it took to get an answer. How do they remember at that point? That was not my dog, he had silky fur! I would not have paid for the cut had there been less of a line to pick him up. I will not go back. I have a new groomer now! A decent one!
