        Unprofessional Practice...

        I arrived with my ill mother after driving 2 hours to see Dr. Chatila to find out that she decided to cancel the appointment at the last min as we walked in. she didn't make an effort of stepping out of her office to say sorry or be of any assistance. Had we not showed up, she would've charged us $25 for a no show fee. she had a full sheet in her packet explaining what would happened if you don't show to her office. i'm wondering what i should charge her for driving 2 hours with an ill patient. its certainly priceless.

        i don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
