Pacific Coast Smiles

If you need a dentist, Pacific Coast Smiles is where you need to go! When you walk in, you feel calm, rather than tense. I suppose it's the decor/ atmosphere, but that's a GOOD thing in a dental office! The dentists there are both quite good; I've seen them both. The hygienists are all three very friendly, although I've only seen one, and she is the best! I have been tense and nervous before at other offices, which makes me not numb as easily, I believe. They seem to get the job done in 1/2 the time of other offices; they're pretty organized. I am recommending to all my friends - I love coming here!

Great Customer Service, Great Knowledge! What a great place to go (for a dental office!)! When you first step into the office you feel like it's really NOT a dental office, but it feels more like a spa. There's a person at the front desk named Lupe who seems to already know me. She calls me by name. (How'd she know it was me?) The girls in the back quickly come get me. They're asking me how my mom is doing. Seems like only minutes later the doctor walks in. What made me so special? It's my third visit - it's the same all over again. I'm guessing they treat everyone this special! The doctors have great knowledge; I had many questions but all have been answered, and they never leave me hanging for more info - they cover all the aspects of my questions and let me know what's happening all the way through my treatment. This is the best place (for a dental office!)!!!
