        so, i enjoy doing 6week challenges, gave this gym a shot and absolutely killed it! couldn't have done it without the coach pushing me on the daily and constantly checking in on my process. i was a little nervous on feeling like id be doing this on my own but having an amazing group of people pushing each other and being so kind made my experience easy and fun! if you are running out of options on finding a way to benefit your health and daily strength, i highly recommend giving this place a try! you will not regret the results!
