The Fe Animal Hospital

People will write complaint reviews more often than complimets! I read the negative reviews and cringe because I know hundreds of very happy clients of this clinic including myself. No business can make everyone happy 100% of the time but this clinic has always ALWAYS taken care of my pets. Through countless emergencies, surgeries and severe illnesses they have saved my fur babies and always cost conscientious for me. I am forever grateful to the entire staff at Santa Fe Animal Hospital for their continuous care and compassion. I am so grateful to have them nearby, they are an asset to our community. I would never take my babies anywhere else!

Absolute worst vet doctor ever! Our 13 yr old Schnauzer was attacked by a German sheppard, we called and said we would be there in 5, they closed in 3. We got there he left, so they say. They called and he wouldn't come back. Or dog won't move herleg, we had to drive to ACV Animal Emergency Hospital in League City, where we are waiting.

It's time they look at their client's and ask what could they do different. Let's say how about not making someone wait over an hour for a office visit that was schedule. This has happened more than once. And as you sit in the waiting area - it's seems like a lot of clients have the same issue. I understand that there are emergencies but this seems to happen more often than not. When your doctor says he will call you with results, I don't expect to get this information from an assistant, so that I have to wait on the phone so she can relay my questions to and from him, why not just be professional and make that call. So with this said Mr. Glover - you too have a great day.

We have two pugs who are getting older. We have had emergencies with both one with tumor growths and the other with an eye injury. Both were not only traumatic experiences for our four legged kids but for my self. Each incident took place while my husband was away with the military ( of course.) And with both the staff and Vets really took awesome care of not only my pugs but of me. I only wish we were still living in the area now but when we do move back I have every intention of going to them! They are great!

I took my 10 yr. old. English Bulldog in for an ear hematoma surgery after voicing my concerns about my dog s age,breed,and past health issues Dr. West ASSURED me he was healthy enough and would be fine. I took him in at 7:30 a.m. and by 10:52 a.m. I get a call saying my dog who I had been with me for 10 years and who had picked me at 5 weeks old was gone. Dr. West said he was sorry but the tone in his voice said other wise. I go to get my baby and Dr. West didn't bring him to me he had his techs bring him out and carry him to my car. The staff had shown me more sympathy than Dr. West so my suggestion is if you need a vet in this area DO NOT use this man at all if you want to have your animals safety in mind. I know I will never step foot in there again not even for flea spray.

This place is awesome! i was very pleased with the service and when i needed to get in right away they got me in the same day. i also liked that the pricing is extremely affordable! everyone their is so nice and just makes you want to come back.
