Palms Hand Car Wash

Took my 2500HD in a week ago. They do a nice job for the price but a dent in my fender wasn't what I expected. After investigating, I determined it was caused by folding the drivers door mirror forward then opening the door. Left word for James to call me, he did but that's as far as it went. My family and friends use them so This lack of customer service/satisfaction will cost him at least 5 steady customers. More if I have a say about it.

I went to get my car washed at palms in Santa Fe, today. I get in my car, I ALWAYS inspect it before and after... Because I have had issues before with them. As the car wash is done, I go to drive off and hear something sliding around. I look all around and find my knob that goes to my Mirrors broke off... I turn around and go back. They call the owner and he comes up there. He argues with me that 'is the car new?' 'This is wear and tear'... my car is new... Then proceeded to basically treat me like I'm dumb and says it's wear and tear... But YOUR people broke it.... It wasn't broke before... Nor loose. It's not like I'm over here playing hackey sack with my mirrors and moving them every day... I never use that knob.... And now I will a never be able to. I called my dad, because I was pretty upset, he then told my dad that it's like an antenna breaking off, it's not our fault... Like what? What are you doing comparing instances that are irrelevant... Then said if my car were to break down in his parking lot, it's not his fault. This is obviously a young kid who runs a business like crap. I would never in a million years argue with a PAYING customer. And of course the workers said it was like that.which they're all ILLEGAL.. Lol ok. So, I will NOT stop until this matter is resolved. Please be aware of this kids business. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. I also brought up the past and he remembered me from when they broke my cell phone charger and weren't willing to pay unless I went and showed them a receipt for a new one, versus reimbursing me. He talked to my father like dirt. he has lost business from all of my family... I WILL get this word out. DO NOT use palms car wash.

I have found so MANY horror stories about this place and now I am apparently the only one to speak up, I've had so much support and praise for finally saying something to this kid. They have since deleted their business page on Facebook because they showed their true colors towards me and everyone who had a horrible story too. They bashed everyone and called vulgar names. Such a disgrace of a business.

Im going agree. This place pays key attention to everything. Even cleaned the door hinges on a basic wash.

Caught employee red handed stealing change out of a change bag that was full. Had him arrested and hauled off by Santa Fe PD. Spoke with owner while employee was arrested and warned him about liabilities of thieving employees. The employee was bailed out of jail and never fired. He is still working there today.

This place is the best car wash I've been to in a long time. They are very particular with even the smallest detail and always do a great job. I definitely recommend them to everyone i talk to!

They broke the covers off the rechargers in the front of the vechile. They dropped my keys and broke my lojack. They need to be more careful. I took my truck back Friday after it happened on Monday, the only response I got was I shoiuld have bought it back sooner. Well I leave at 0530 everyday and don't get home till 8pm. They are closed both times. I work in an OR and can't call during my shift. I got off Friday early and went by there.
