Affordable Air & Heat

Beware! Although they call themselves affordable air they should be called Unaffordable air. Unaffordable air will cost you more than you expected. Incomplete, faulty work that leads to home damage and a number of other problems. Expensive home repairs due to poor workmanship. Poor communication. No follow through. Blame placed on others. Empty promises and left frustrated with a handful of bills due to poor job. Do not recommend this company.

Brent gave me an estimate and got a credit app from me for the 0% same as cash all at the same time. His qoute was $500 more than the competition, but he had done work for my company before so I decided to go with him. It took him a couple of weeks to schedule an installation. After all was installed, he met with my wife to sign the paperwork and at that time told her that there was an extra fee for the 0 %???? The fee worked out to be the same cost as an interest rate would be. When I got back to town I questioned him about it, and he blew me off. He even denied that we had ever discussed the financing while @ my house. He also told me that he only made $700 on the job and that wasnt enough to eat the fee.?. I guess his fat profits are more important than happy customers. Neither my company nor myself will be using or refferring him again. Side note.. my electric bill didnt go down as promised by him for the efficient system. and the ultra quiet system isnt.
