        Overall

        Haderle came out, gave us a quote to rid our home of RATS ($1800 to find and completely cover any openings in our home). We were told that after the holes were covered, any rats still in the home would be unable to leave and would die. They came out a few more times to remove the dead rats at $60.00 extra per visit, per dead rat. They found a total of 13 rats. We were told our home was now RAT free and we should never encounter another infestation as our home had been secured. Not so. A year later we have the same RAT infestation and Haderle is nowhere to be found, not returning calls! $1800 down the drain.
