Walmart Supercenter

I looked online for places that sell dry ice,, it said the Walmart Supercenter sells it. So I called to be sure and the person that answered the phone sounded like I was from outer space. I guess she is never heard of dry ice. She said she didn't know I hate that answer. I told her to go find someone they didn't know and ask them. She came back and said no they do not sell it at the Super Walmart it's probably at one of the other stores.

This location is a typical Walmart but at times I can find more items at the Walmart on Kelly Johnson Pkwy.

This is the WORST Walmart ever. There is NO customer. I have been sitting here on hold for over 15 min waiting for them to find some one in housewares to help me. When I call the pharmacy it is the same way. even when you go to the store, you cannot find anyone to help you. The deli is WAY under staffed. They keep a lot of things locked in cases, but you can't find an associate to open it. Some one just answered my call and they were rude, told me it's cheaper to order online. I had to tell him again that I wanted him to check to see if the item was in the store..

forget about target or costco or kmart .WALMART still have the low prices ever...save money and shop here they have it all no need to go another store . SHOP WALMART,

The customer service in this store is terrible. If you try calling them to ask about a product you sit on the like for 10-15 minutes before someone actually realizes they have a phone call. There is little to no product knowledge in the store. Which is completely counter productive. If you want to find something in the store it is like having to go on an African safari. The employees seem like they are just waiting for you to try to steal something; you are watched from the moment you pass the greater. Speaking of greaters, they do not seem happy to be doing their job. Where the heck are the happy ones from the commercial? All in all this store is a sad representation of the Wal Mart chain. Might as well go to Stevenson Ranch or the one on Copper Hill.

I shopped this Super Store many times while I lived in Santa Clarita. The store was alway chaotic. The employees were not very nice, nor were they interested in helping you. The greeters looked at you like you were going to rob the store;and that's just coming in the store! They had to check your receipt going out and if they didn't do that, they just stood around and glared at you. It always left a bad taste in my mouth when I would go there. The final straw was when I was getting ready to move back to Oregon. I asked the meat department if they had any boxes I could have and they did. The worker even took them to my car. When I came back then next day, they couldnot let me have any boxes because the assistant manager had told the employees not to give away boxes. They would rather throw them in the trash than recycle them!? (By the way, when I get good boxes, I save them for the next move). Anyway, I was made to feel like a thief for asking.

We, as the consumer, need to stand up to these stores! They are there because we buy from them. If you don't like what is happening, let the manager know. If you need to go up the food chain, then by all means do!
