T.E.C. Services Garage Door & Gate Repair

I had the spring on my garage door replaced by Travis today. He showed up on time, did the job in 35 minutes and charged as quoted on the phone the day before. A happy customer :-)

My husband was attempting to repair our garage door opener and had a question regarding a part. He contacted T.E.C. Services on a Saturday morning and spoke to Travis who was extremely helpful and answered all my husband's questions even though we were not initially calling to request he perform any services. After researching the price for the parts that needed repair, we contacted Travis again and his quote to fix the opener was very reasonable and not significantly more than the cost to purchase the parts and the cost for shipping. Travis made a great impression on us based on his willingness to answer questions, whether he got paid or not, so we requested he come out and make the repairs to our opener. Travis arrived at our house quickly and on a Saturday, had a great work ethic, was very personable and quickly and efficiently made the repair. We were extremely pleased with his workmanship and highly recommend him.
