(Monday)
I was not getting wifi and had an issue with my network adapter. Michael Glazier says he can simply replace the adapter and everything will work fine. goes to the back of the store, comes back, and tells me that he doesn't have an adapter for my laptop and I must order it. I payed 50 dollars and returned the next day.

(Tuesday)
This guy named Christian Edwards replaces the network adapter, and the wifi starts working. At this point I was really thankful and drived 20 minutes back home.

(Wednesday)
The next day, I turn on my laptop, and what do you know, the EXACT same problem. I drived all the way back to LaptopEMT and respectfully told them about the issue. This guy named Christipher Phillips gave me attitude and didn't even apologize, and basically told me that some other guy will work on it "tonight" and will give me a call. This was on Wednesday around 4PM. Later I find out that it wasn't worked on until Friday morning.

(Thursday)
at around 6PM I called them to see if they fixed it, but that same guy Christopher Phillips told me its not done yet and that there will still be no guarantees that it would be fixed by Friday (they basically did not even bother looking at it). I maintained my composure and told him that it was fine and that I will be waiting for the call.

(Friday)
This guy named Christian Edwards calls me around 12:30 PM saying that the wifi is working again. I drive another 20 minutes to LaptopEMT, and thanked them for all the work. I go back in the car, and as Im driving back I decided to see if the issue was solved, just incase they messed up for the second time. And what do you know, they messed up... I drive back to LaptopEMT and tell them that its not working again. They did not bother apologizing at all, and the guy Christopher Phillips still gives me an annoyed attitude. Waited arond 30 minutes in their office(for the 3rd time) to see if they could get it fixed, turned out they couldn't...

I am very thankful for this service for repairing my computer! I especially want to thank computer repairing team that has solved my problem really fast and dropped my computer off to the office and back because I didn't have any free time. Computer works really works far better than the past.

Thank you so much for mending my heart (laptop) at affordable rates. The problem which I had with my hardware is now resolved, just because of the service provided by laptopemt. No more blank display screen, no more lag in processing, no more fan noise, no more data loss, no more laptop heating problems.
