        Overall

        Hired them for a backed up toilet, they arrived and without even checking what could've caused the issue they gave a price (that seemed so high) to fix the problem. At first I objected, but they told me that they're charging me $250 just for being there, whether they fix something or not and that I'd have to pay another plumber the same "service call fee", just to identify the problem, on top of fixing the problem. I feel like they used scare tactics just to get more money out of me. At the end of the day, I paid, and a few days later, same issue reoccurred. After calling them a few times, they stopped returning my calls, it's sad that there are people out there who take advantage of others.
