Honorable Robin L Riblet

I would not call this so call Judge “HONORABLE” by any means. This woman needs to retire or get a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. My mom was a creditor represented by her Attorney, and this Judge was horrible, she didn't allow the Attorney a chance to present the case or barely speak. She was out of control, yelling, interrupting constantly, and didn't even care about the case. She even said the Attorney did not provide her with a declaration, and continued with rude remarks. My mom did not win the money owed to her but the Attorney found out that Ms. Riblet had the declaration in front of her, so we made a motion for a request for reconsideration due to this Judge's errors, and she refused!!! We now are in an appeal at the 9th circuit courts because of her lack of knowledge regarding "LAW" and her unwillingness to reconsider the case due to her misplacing an important document needed to present vital facts. She is unprofessional, and is a disgrace to the judicial system!
