For almost 25 years I have been helping clients find the best possible solutions to their legal issues, whether that is through negotiation and settlement or litigating in court. I maintain a policy of honest personal service for my clients and a hands on approach with their legal problems. I make every effort to help my clients settle their legal problems quickly. If necessary, I make myself available after hours (evenings, weekends, whatever is required). Its bad enough to have legal problems these days, but there is no need to add the dread of over-priced legal fees to your concerns. I maintain a low office overhead and I stay abreast of the most modern legal technology, thereby making my fees reasonable. Further, I take personal pride in the fact that my office is a relaxed and friendly environment and look forward to discussing how I can be of assistance with your case. Since opening my law practice in Santa Barbara, California in 1990, I have helped many individuals and families throughout the central California coast with their financial, family law, and estate planning matters. In 1996, I expanded my practice with the addition of a Ventura County office. I am licensed in all California state and federal courts, and I have successfully represented clients in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. While I provide a full array of legal services, my practice tends to be focused in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law. Frequently, theses two legal areas collide and my knowledge and expertise in both areas can be extremely beneficial in obtaining the full benefits that are associated with both of them! They were both happening pretty much simultaneously, and he knew how to make the most efficient use of my situation to benefit me during a very difficult period in my life. He was very thorough, and likeable as well. My one slight criticism is occasionally feeling a bit rushed, but I understand that he's busy and I have a tendency to talk a lot. But he did everything that I needed him to do, and I was able to navigate out of this period in my life.
